"My son and I were hit by an uninsured driver while out of town and when I started getting the runaround from the repair shop and tow company and couldn’t t get a hold of my claim rep, I reached out to the office and Megan was wonderful!! She got a hold of a claim rep and got progress made to get my son‘s truck moved to the repair shop. I cannot thank her enough for all of her help. The staff in this office are just amazing and go above and beyond! Highly recommend!!!"

"My dad was a State Farm customer his entire life, and so I naturally used the same company. I’ve tried other companies, and I always make it back to State Farm. However, I will say this about the Reed agency: I have yet to encounter anyone that can compare to Anna. She goes above and beyond every single time I need something. Even if it’s a simple question, she has done the due diligence. I’m confident and trust that my policy is correct, that it’s what I need, and even if others think I pay too much. (State Farm is a bit more expensive) I’m willing to pay the extra money because my needs are met with them. FYI, it’s not higher than everyone, and even if it was I get every bit of value for my money. I trust them with my cars, my house, life insurance, and my business insurance. I cannot count the amount of times they have ever done me wrong because they haven’t in the last 6-7 years. In the end, even if you are with State Farm, check out the Reed Agency because the entire staff is just plain flat amazing topped with awesome sauce, served with a side of being blessed! Lastly, I have a little advice for their staff would be to make sure that they understand that Anna is the 🐐. The staff is amazing, but it’s only because of Anna. Jkjkjk they are all great!"
