"Many (not every) call to your insurance agency is potentially problematic. But the Reed Agency is always on the line with the State Farm people and helping reframe what I am most concerned about into the language that everyone understands. I honestly believe that they are looking out for my best interests and I have many complicating factors with students living out of state, young adults, new cars, home claims . . . whew! They make it feel seamless with a smile in what feels like the worst time of our life. Trust them."

"This agency is a joke. Anna makes constant mistakes and most of the time when it happens she doesnt even know why. But the worst is when your insurance cards expire you have to call them because they do not send them to you. Have fun explaining that to the cops next time you get pulled over.....never again will I use them"
